Position Overview
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with extensive Linux and Windows administration experience to support enterprise technology infrastructure, system modernization initiatives, and mission-critical operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, security, and availability of systems supporting organizational objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure teams, cybersecurity professionals, network engineers, and project stakeholders to maintain and optimize enterprise environments. Responsibilities include system deployment, troubleshooting, configuration management, performance monitoring, and security implementation.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Support virtualization technologies and cloud integrations.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Collaborate with network and cybersecurity teams.
• Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects.

• Provide technical support and mentoring when required.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of Linux and Windows administration experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure operations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft, Linux, VMware, or cloud certifications.
• Experience supporting government or defense environments.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure platforms.
• Experience with automation and scripting tools.
